The latest purchase was financed through two equity offering programs—STRK and STRF. The company raised more than $112 million by selling the following:
- STRK: 626,639 Series A shares, netting $66.4 million
- STRF: 432,679 Series A shares, generating $45.8 million

Michael Saylor emphasized that since the beginning of 2025, Strategy’s cumulative return from its bitcoin acquisitions stands at 17.1%, underscoring the effectiveness of its long-term crypto accumulation strategy.
What’s Next: Further Bitcoin Accumulation Planned
The company has signaled its intention to accelerate BTC accumulation. A new share sale—STRD—is planned, with a target to raise $979.7 million for additional bitcoin purchases in the coming months.
