Integration of Solana
1inch added Solana support in April, and the new upgrade removes fragmentation between Solana and the broader EVM ecosystem. The team described Solana as becoming “a full-fledged DeFi hub.”
“Tokens on Solana can now be traded directly against assets in EVM networks, opening the ecosystem to users who had never interacted with Solana before,” the project noted.
Solana’s Network Strength
The news comes after Solana demonstrated its scalability in a recent stress test, where throughput exceeded 100,000 transactions per second, reaffirming its position as one of the fastest blockchains in the industry.
