The corporation, remaining a key player in data center operations, announced an agreement with chipmaker Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) to supply 6.0 GW of power to support Meta’s next-generation artificial intelligence infrastructure. The initial deployment will use AMD Instinct processors based on the MD Helios architecture, developed jointly within the Open Compute Project to enable rack-scale scaling. As certain operational milestones are reached, a special AMD equity option covering up to 160.0 million common shares will be granted, with the first tranche tied to 1.0 GW scheduled for activation in the second half of 2026. In monetary terms, this implies a capacity valuation comparable to that used in AMD’s recent deal with OpenAI.

The fourth-quarter financial report showed revenue growth from $51.24 billion to $59.89 billion compared with $48.39 billion a year earlier, while earnings per share (EPS) increased from $1.05 to $8.88 versus $8.02, respectively. The board of directors has already approved the payment of the next quarterly dividend on Class A and Class B common shares on March 26. The dividend will not be adjusted and will remain at $0.525 per share, corresponding to a yield of 0.32%, which is below the sector average of 0.62%.
